the cradle of WINE
In the Ancient Land of the Caucasus
Few countries in the world embrace wine as deeply as Georgia. As one of the oldest wine-producing regions, Georgia’s identity is inseparable from its winemaking heritage.
Despite being smaller than Switzerland, Georgia boasts an incredibly diverse landscape, spanning nearly every vegetation zone. This diversity is reflected in its vast array of grape varieties and winemaking techniques, which range from ancient traditions to modern innovations.
Our exclusive wine tour is led by Paulin Köpfer, one of Germany’s pioneering natural winemakers and a distinguished expert on Georgian wines. Designed for both professionals and enthusiasts, this journey offers an in-depth exploration of Georgia’s viticultural legacy.
Over the course of eight days, you will experience:
✅ 13 carefully curated wine tastings, from small family-run wineries to large international producers.
✅ Visits to historic and cultural landmarks, including UNESCO World Heritage sites.
✅ Engaging lectures and discussions on traditional and modern winemaking techniques.
✅ Authentic Georgian cuisine, perfectly paired with exceptional local wines.
From the rolling vineyards of Kakheti to the ancient rock-hewn wineries of Kartli, this tour is framed by breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and warm Georgian hospitality.
